1. The tenant must obtain and maintain their own insurance for the unit throughout the lease term and any renewals thereof, commencing before the lease begins, and to provide a copy to the Landlord.2. The Tenant agrees to allow the Landlord to inspect the premises with 24 hours' notice.3. Both parties agree to provide each other with 60 days' prior written notice to vacate the premises or request the premises be vacated after the initial 1-year lease term. The Tenant agrees to deliver vacant possession of the premises to the Landlord upon lease expiry. Upon termination of the lease or move-out, the Tenant will ensure the unit is returned in its original condition at the start of the tenancy, except for normal wear and tear. The Tenant shall bear the responsibility for repairing any damages at their own expense. All appliances must be left in working condition at the end of the lease.4.
