This is a really good home with a lot of recent upgrades that still needs work done to it to make it current. Recent upgrades include a lot of electrical work to add energy efficient heat pumps. The roof was also recently reshingled and there are modern vinyl windows. The white kitchen is an upgrade as well, as are the appliances (microwave doesn't work). The layout works as a traditional side split. That means good living spaces. There was an addition put on this house that added a lot of options for living, basically a loft in-law suite upstairs, it's pretty cool. There are also some items that need to be addressed, the decking and fencing need work. The garage area and storage area don't look the greatest and need some work too. The house has a great side yard but almost no back yard. The jacuzzi room is either novel or odd, your call! There are lots of projects in this house.
