Excellent Tiled drained land ! The land was full bush until 2018. A complete undertaking converting bush into new cropland in 2019. The tiles were installed systematically in 2019 and the tiled drainage plans exist and will be supplied with transfer of land on closing.. The field is systematically tiled at 35 Foot centers. Presently planted 2024 in corn. Quality assured with the field now having fantastic tile drainage. The soil is a mixture of Sandy to Clayish. It alternates between Allendale and Rubicon soil types.
